Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
  • 2–3 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

Optional:

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar for cheesy bites

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
