Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together.
- Lightly flour your surface and unfold the puff pastry sheet.
- Brush the entire pastry with melted butter. Add vanilla extract to the butter if using.
