Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Optional additions:

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh basil or parsley
  • Spinach

Preparation

Cook the Meat

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.

Drain excess grease.

Stir in marinara sauce, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.


Layer the Lasagna

Lightly grease the crockpot.

Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.

Add a layer of frozen ravioli.

Top with ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.

Repeat layers (sauce → ravioli → cheese) until ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.


Cook

Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until heated through and bubbly.
