This no-bake éclair cake is a creamy, layered dessert that tastes just like a classic éclair—without the baking. Soft graham crackers, silky vanilla pudding, and rich chocolate topping come together into a chilled, irresistible treat.

  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
